Description

1. The round glass clamp is designed to work as a support for fixing glass panels and it can be applied for balustrade, staircase, handrails, bathrooms, balcony. With strong load-bearing capacity, it can be well fixed, ensuring the stability and safety of your glass railing. It offers a robust and reliable solution for glass mounting. it's easy to install and remove. No welding required-just gluing, drilling and tapping. The dimension of the clamp is 63*28*45mm.

2. Made of 304/316/2205 stainless steel. 304 Stainless Steel: High-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ideal for indoor use and general exterior applications. 316 Stainless Steel: Premium grade stainless steel with enhanced resistance to corrosion, especially suitable for marine environments or harsh outdoor conditions. 2205 Stainless Steel: A duplex stainless steel offering superior strength and resistance to corrosion, especially in more challenging environments like coastal areas. And you can choose the material according to whether it will be applied indoors or outdoors.

3. The surface treatment can be mirror polished and satin brushed. Satin brushed finish looks elegant and has strong metallic texture, beautiful and wear resistant. It features a smooth, matte surface with fine, parallel brush strokes that provide a subtle yet elegant appearance. Mirror polished finish offers a highly reflective, mirror-like surface that creates a stunning visual effect. Powder coating is also available.

4. One package unit includes 4 pieces of glass clamps, 8 M6*16 screws, 4 M8*20 screws, 8 rubber gaskets, 8 plastic cover caps for lateral screws (diameter 13mm and height 4.5mm) and 4 security pins (length 22mm and diameter 6.0mm ). To fit glasses of various thickness, we provide enough gaskets (made of high quality rubber) in 3 sizes, namely 1/4 inches(6mm), 5/16 inches (8mm), 3/8(10mm). You can use suitable rubber inlays to load glasses of different thicknesses by adjusting screws.
